When did you decide working in construction was the thing you wanted to do:

At the end of University I decided I wanted to be a part of the building process, rather than sitting in

an office all day. Things developed from there!


What are you most passionate about?

Bringing people together, minimizing environmental impact both personally and professionally and delivering projects which are beneficial to society


Why did you join NAWIC?

To meet like minded people and be a part of creating a community for women within the construction

industry.


What would you like to see for the future of women in construction?

Equal opportunities, pay and treatment. I would like to see there being no bias towards women when considering careers in construction.


Words of wisdom or tips for women at the start of or considering a career in construction:

Your voice is as worthy as your male counterparts. Never allow anyone to put you down and make you feel small.


What is your favourite thing to do for fun:

Hiking, skiing and hanging out with friends
