When did you decide working in construction was the thing you wanted to do: 

When i started a role within the construction industry, I decided it was a good fit for me.

What are you most passionate about? 

Customer service, Doing for others, Learning and self improvement.

Why did you join NAWIC? 

I want to be a part of this initiative to give support and encouragement to those woman working in the construction industry, to share ideas and better the workplace for everyone.

What would you like to see for the future of women in construction? 

That there are no barriers for woman in the industry and that they can become leaders in their own right. 

Words of wisdom or tips for women at the start of, or considering a career in  construction: 

Be yourself and learn everything you can from everyone around you. Build confidence through knowledge.

What is your favourite thing to do for fun: 

I play netball and love most sports. I also enjoy live music and a summer BBQ with friends.
