How many years have you been in the construction industry:

Almost 10 years.

When did you decide working in construction was the thing you wanted to do:

A six-week holiday in New Zealand, produced an opportunity to work on the Christchurch Rebuild.

Shortly after I was working for a tier one civil contractor, providing me with the exposure to know this was the industry for me.

What are you most passionate about?

The wellbeing of our industry and the future of our youth. My time in the industry encouraged me to study health and human behaviour, so I could give back to our industry and encourage others to join.

Why did you join NAWIC?

Since 2018, I have followed and supported NAWIC from afar. Its now time to get my hands dirty and contribute to making a difference.
