Celebrating Women Building New Zealand’s Future

Following last year’s unforgettable event, which brought together more than 600 people from across Aotearoa to celebrate the women shaping the future of construction, we are delighted to announce that the 2026 NAWIC Excellence Awards will be held on Friday 24 July in Wellington, with Naylor Love returning as our valued partner.

From apprentices and students to site leaders and industry trailblazers, the Awards recognise women who are breaking barriers, lifting others, and redefining what’s possible across our sector. This year is especially significant as we mark 30 years of NAWIC in Aotearoa New Zealand, with a special Excellence Awards event planned to reflect both how far we’ve come and the future we are building together.
