I would like to see more women choosing to come into the construction industry as a career path and more national recognition for women’s achievements within the industry.

Words of wisdom or tips for women at the start of or considering a career in construction:

Resilience is the key, keep plugging away, don’t take things personally and lastly you can do anything that you put your mind too.

What is your favorite thing to do for fun:

Catching up with my girlfriends. I love to curl up at home on a Friday night and watch super rugby and love getting down to junior and senior club rugby on a Saturday’s.
