When did you decide working in construction was the thing you wanted to do:

I'm drawn to the scale and tangible impact of the work, and having the opportunity to work with a broad range of people, experts and technical specialists in their own niche disciplines. 

What are you most passionate about?

In my role, its navigating the intersection of promise and delivery - defining what matters most in how we operate, and connecting that with how and what we deliver.

At a broader level, it's championing ESG, being part of the momentum around a more environmentally conscious, responsible and sustainable built environment.

Why did you join NAWIC?

To be part of a more connected industry.

What would you like to see for the future of women seeking a career in construction?

That the hard work of those who paved the way for women in construction is honoured.
