The built environment, diversity of thought and innovation.

Why did you join NAWIC?

I am still the only one in the room most of the time, especially as I am site facing. I need to start to be part of the change that gets a more diverse and female involved industry. 

What would you like to see for the future of women in construction?

To have more women boots on the ground in major construction projects and positions.

Words of wisdom or tips for women at the start of or considering a career in construction:

Its hard but worth it, we have the ability to create safer and better constructions sites.

What is your favourite thing to do for fun?

Hang out with my family.
