When did you decide working in construction was the thing you wanted to do:

I figured it out along the way. I followed my passion of mathematics and sciences through high school and university which led me to my current job.

What are you most passionate about?

Making interesting and architectural house designs a reality for clients / homeowners.

Why did you join NAWIC?

To meet likeminded women in a male dominated industry.

What would you like to see for the future of women in construction?

A balance of all types of people. We can all bring something unique to the table.

Words of wisdom or tips for women at the start of or considering a career in construction:

Be proactive, ask questions and raise your hand if you want the opportunity. Make sure you enjoy your work day. 

What is your favourite thing to do for fun:

Walks with friends and having fun with family, and cooking a mean feed or something new!
