While at university I found civil engineering was the most interesting type of engineering to me, with the ability to make a difference in the community. 

What are you most passionate about?

Encouraging more women that they can be a part of this industry and make a difference.

Why did you join NAWIC?

To help promote more diversity & inclusion in the industry.

What would you like to see for the future of women seeking a career in construction?

More support as women move through the industry, as well as retention of those people so they can lead from the front & bring others up behind them

Have confidence in yourself! Don't let others tell you what your limitations are.
